Mr. Bachynsky has successfully represented numerous employees in a wide variety of employment matters including wrongful termination, race discrimination, sexual harassment, whistleblower, retaliation, age, sex, and disability discrimination, severance and employment agreements, and non-competition agreements.
Mr. Bachynsky has also represented businesses and individuals in claims for breach of contract, minority shareholder oppression, defamation, partnership disputes, trade secrets, non-competition agreements, workplace injuries, and trademark infringement. Mr. Bachynsky has also successfully handled a number of class action suits involving the Dallas Cowboys, Pizza Inn, Motorola, Domino's, Blimpie, Hartford Insurance Company, and others.
Mr. Bachynsky has been named by Texas Monthly Magazine as a "Texas Rising Star" in 2007, 2008 and 2010. "Texas Rising Stars" constitute the top 2.5 percent of up and coming attorneys in each state, as chosen by their peers and through the independent research of Law & Politics.
Mr. Bachynsky attended The University of the South, Sewanee, in Tennessee for two years before obtaining his bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Houston. He obtained his law degree from South Texas College of Law in Houston where he made the Dean's list and won mock trial competitions where he was named a top ten speaker. Mr. Bachynsky also served as the Articles Editor on the Corporate Counsel Review. During his last year of law school, Mr. Bachynsky served as a law clerk for Glickman & Hughes, L.L.P. Upon graduating from law school in 1997, Mr. Bachynsky accepted a position with Glickman & Hughes, L.L.P. as an attorney and became a partner in 2006. Mr. Bachynsky was a named partner in Glickman, Carter & Bachynsky, L.L.P. from 2008 to 2010. Mr. Bachynsky is currently a partner in Carter & Bachynsky, L.L.P.
